MATERIALS

PVC Vinyl
650gsm industrial grade PVC containing a reinforced ‘ripstop’ grid construction that prevents further tearing of a cut or tear. It is also waterproof, flame retardant, and lacquer coated for abrasion, mildew, and UV resistance

Velcro
Industrial grade Velcro designed to perform in the most extreme conditions. With zero maintenance, easy cleaning and guaranteed fastening in the most wet and soiled conditions, the velcro used on our backpack will deliver unrivalled convenience and reliability

Binding
OzCarry’s signature design that is woven to defence force specifications with enhanced non-abrasive and ant-fray properties. It also includes unique 'reflective' and 'luminescent' printing for enhanced safety

Thread
No matter how durable a product may be, it’s only as strong as its weakest point. That is quite often the stitching. Which is why all of our products feature an industrial grade polyester thread, carefully selected to endure the harshest workplace conditions. Special features include an exceptional resistance to petroleum-based substances, bleach, UV sunlight, rot, and a ‘straight pull’ breaking strength of 10kg
