MATERIALS

Ripstop Canvas
Australian Made 52/48 polyester/cotton proofed canvas fabric with a ripstop grid construction made of high tensile core spun yarn, to give it additional tear and tensile strength. A unique ENVIRONMENTALLY FRIENDLY proofing process is also used to achieve superior waterproofing, breathability, rot, mildew and UV resistance. There is no fabric equivalent to canvas that can withstand or offer the needed protection against harsh worksite conditions. Ripstop PVC
Australian Made 650gsm industrial grade PVC containing a reinforced ripstop grid construction that prevents further tearing of a cut or tear. It is also waterproof, flame retardant, and lacquer coated for abrasion, mildew, and UV resistance. Part science and all business, PVC is the best solution for durability, dependability, and easy maintenance

Webbing
OzCarry’s signature webbing is woven in Australia to defence force specifications. An exclusive weave that has unique non-abrasive properties and a breaking strength of 1800kg. Some say it is overkill, we say that failure is not an option… 

Zipper
There are tons of faulty zippers out there. Teeth that break. Pulls that pop. Herky-jerky sliding and irreparable lockups. One zipper gone wrong can render an entire bag useless. That’s why we only use heavy duty water resistent #10 Spiral Zip from a respectable manufacturer whom we trust

Binding
OzCarry’s signature design that is woven to defence force specifications with enhanced non-abrasive and ant-fray properties. It also includes unique 'reflective' and 'luminescent' printing for enhanced safety

Thread
No matter how durable a product may be, it’s only as strong as its weakest point. That is quite often the stitching. Which is why all of our products feature an industrial grade polyester thread, carefully selected to endure the harshest workplace conditions. Special features include an exceptional resistance to petroleum-based substances, bleach, UV sunlight, rot, and a ‘straight pull’ breaking strength of 10kg
